Precision Tubular Level Vial 11 × 54 mm, 45 arc sec is a cylindrical precision vial manufactured by UKRPRIBOR for measuring instruments, precision levels, optical assemblies, alignment mechanisms and special-purpose equipment.

The vial corresponds to the АЦП / ACP cylindrical vial family of GOST 2386-73. For the 11 × 54 mm execution, the nominal division value is 45 arc seconds per 2 mm, with the tolerance specified by GOST 2386-73 for the 45″ nominal value.

Application

The vial is intended for precise indication of small angular deviations in instruments and assemblies where a compact tubular bubble vial is used as the inclination-sensitive element.

Sensitivity and Division Value

The nominal sensitivity of this execution is 45 arc seconds per 2 mm division. This means that the angular response of the vial is specified with reference to a 2 mm bubble displacement.

Sensitivity must always be stated together with the division length. A value expressed per 2 mm must not be treated as identical to the same numerical angular value expressed per 0.100 in.
