We manufacture precision tubular spirit level vials and bubble level vials in standard and custom dimensions, with sensitivity selected according to the application. Production is available according to GOST 2386-73, customer drawings, technical specifications and OEM requirements.

Custom manufacturing is available for replacement of discontinued or difficult-to-source level vials used in existing instruments and equipment.

Precision Glass Tubular Level Vials

Precision level vials are designed to indicate small angular deviations from the horizontal position. The glass vial contains a working liquid and a gas bubble whose displacement relative to the graduation marks indicates inclination.

Unlike general-purpose construction level bubbles, precision vials can be manufactured with substantially higher sensitivity and are intended for measuring instruments, precision mechanisms and alignment applications.

Sensitivity of Precision Level Vials

The sensitivity of a precision level vial describes the angular inclination required to move the bubble by a specified graduation distance. For this reason, sensitivity should be specified together with the corresponding division length.

Depending on the vial dimensions and design, UKRPRIBOR manufactures level vials with sensitivities ranging from arc-minute to high-precision arc-second configurations.

When requesting a custom vial, please specify the required sensitivity and the corresponding bubble displacement or graduation length.
