UKRPRIBOR manufactures precision borosilicate glass level vials with nominal division values from 1 arc second to 90 arc minutes for precision measuring instruments, machine levels, surveying and geodetic equipment, optical assemblies, alignment mechanisms and special-purpose systems.

The manufacturing range includes glass tubular bubble level vials, circular level vials, simple cylindrical vials, compensated precision vials and chambered vials. Production is available according to GOST 2386-73, legacy technical documentation and customer-controlled OEM specifications.

UKRPRIBOR level vials are manufactured from borosilicate glass and use a low-temperature ether/alcohol-based working fluid. The operating temperature range is −40 °C to +70 °C (−40 °F to +158 °F). Sensitivity and Division Value

For GOST 2386-73 vials, the division value represents the angle through which the vial must be inclined to produce a bubble displacement of one scale division of 2 mm.

A smaller angular value represents a more sensitive vial. For example:

  • 60″ / 2 mm is more sensitive than 3′ / 2 mm;
  • 10″ / 2 mm is more sensitive than 45″ / 2 mm;
  • 2″ / 2 mm represents a high-precision execution.

For custom OEM production, sensitivity must always be specified together with the corresponding division length. Requirements can be evaluated in arc seconds or arc minutes per 2 mm, or according to another customer-defined metric or inch division system.

Borosilicate Glass, Filling Medium and Operating Temperature

UKRPRIBOR precision level vials are manufactured from borosilicate glass. This material is used for the glass body of the precision vial and is suitable for the production of measuring and inclination-sensitive components.

The vials use a low-temperature ether/alcohol-based working fluid selected to maintain reliable bubble mobility under sub-zero operating conditions.

Graduation and Scale Options
